How to use

    Add your business name and address on one side, your client's name and address on the other.

    Describe each item or service, then set the quantity and unit price. Add as many rows as you need.

    Set your tax rate

    Enter the tax percentage that applies, or leave it at 0 if you do not charge tax.

    In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination instead of a physical printer.

Tips & best practices

  • Choose "Save as PDF" as the print destination to get a PDF file instead of a paper printout.
  • Printing on your own letterhead, or adding your logo to the paper beforehand, gives the invoice a branded header without any extra setup here.
  • Double-check the totals before sending. This tool calculates them for you, but it is still worth a glance.
  • Give every invoice a unique invoice number so both you and your client can refer back to it later.
